What Do My Cholesterol Results Indicate?

I just got blood ccholesterol results I'm s 40 yr old woman should I be concerned with thes #'s? glucose 92, cholesterol 206, try glycerin 120 HDL 49 LDL 133..... my mother has high cholesterol so its runs in my family. ..thank you with any helo to understand this.

Thanks for writing to HCM.
If you do not have diabetes and high blood pressure, If you do not smoke and do not have any established cardiovascular disease like angina, stroke or peripheral arterial disease, and you do not have any blood relative with anginal heart disease at young age (You need to continue with low fat diet, no sugars, no sweet/fried items and ideal body weight. A supervised exercise regimen is essential.
