hi docter my sgpt/alt is 48 & sgot/ast is 34 & day by day my health is going to down what is problem ?my age is 22 sex is male my highight 5.7 fut my wait is 47

Hi,thanks for query.What is happening ? are your losing weight ? In such case you should go to your doctor and get your self are quite young and you need some more investigation in such case to find out the cause.It is also possible that you may be under some form of stress and so that you are feeling down.Please take good diet,do regular exercise and talk to your doctor.

Thanks for query,
your liver function tests are normal.
Your weight is very less.
As your health is going down s go for,
Blood TC,DC,ESR.
Chest Xray.
If these tests are normal then go for,
High nourishing diet,milk,butter,eggs,
Take more green veges,fruits,dry fruits.
Take protein powder,multi vitamin supplements.
Avid stress or tension.
Ok and bye.
