What Do Multiple Lesions On The Lungs Indicate?

I have multiple lung lesions ( just had largest one biopsies when that happened the Sr used son Surgifoam to plug a leak. I as.o have multiple lesions I m my legs and a strange are on the inside of my skull that looks like a half circle opening in the bone that looks like it is filled by soft tissue. It has been going on for 2 months and finally had the biopsy. Any ideas

2. Multiple myeloma
3. Dissiminated malignancy etc.
