I have hard, warm knots in my outside left thigh muscle that have worsened today. It started with 2-11/2" spots and now they have combined to form a 6" oval warm sore area. They only hurt when I touch them. They have been there a few days but worsened today. I have a smaller one on the outside of my right thigh muscle too but not as bad. My left ankle has a red sore area on it also and is swollen. It has given me trouble walking on it a few days. I recently had a reaction to Fosomax after using it for 5 months resulting in what felt like dislocated knees and ankles. The dr checked for arthritis and broken bones. Nothing from tests.
