General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your description it seems that you are having a condition called. You don't need to worry as it is a harmless condition and highly effective treatment options are available.
As a first line management you can try keratolytics. If the lesions persist you can opt for cauterisation or laser therapy. Consult a dermatologist and he will guide you accordingly.
Thanks.
Regards
DR Shinas Hussain
