General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Finger like projection most commonly cause by the wart, cause by the HPV infection.
I would suggest to undergo skin biopsy and herpes antibody test to rule out the cause.
Specific treatment will depend on the test results.
I will treat genital wart as below:
Apply 80% Trichloroacetic acid gel and 15-0.5 % PODOFIX GEL
If not responds to drugs then
Best is nitrogen cryotherapy to excise it
Avoid sex till you clear from infection
Use safer sex practice: Use condom and other barrier contraceprtion in future
Hope this may help you
Wish you good health
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
