General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Lumps in the breast could be due to abscess, fibroadenoma, fibrocystic disease, breast cancer.
I would suggest to consult the surgeon as early as possible and undergo breast examination, USG scan, USg guided FNAC.
If FNAC will come inconclusive then best is excision biopsy.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Abscess require antibiotic treatment
Fibroadenoma can be resolves by birth control pill and selective estrogen receptor modulators
Maintain proper hygiene, avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you
