What Do Itchy Spots On The Hands Indicate?

Started about a month ago I started getting spots on hands I’m 62 so I thought they were age spots but they got itchy and scabbing. Then they started appearing on my arms and legs but not on my torso. They are not bedbug bites I’ve seen and experienced that before. I am diabetic with no health insurance

Thanks for your question. Kindly rule out for any drug allergy. Diabetes and elderly can have dry eczema causing itching or parasitic or fungal infection.

Consult your family doctor and get examined.
