What Do Itchy Rashes On The Legs, Arms And Face Indicate?

hi I have a raised rash, sores that open open up (itchy) they look like bites. I ve had it since august. I ve been on and off steroids since that time. As soon as I get back on them, the rash return like gang busters. Very itchy. It started on my legs. It now returns on legs, arms, throat and face.

Possibility of urticaria is more in your case.
So better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of skin lesions.
You are may need long term treatment with steroid (mometasone) cream and oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
