Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days, take Omeprazole twice a day for five days, take L Dio I once day for five days. Apply Dettol soap and bath with cold water. Apply Calamine lotion on affected site. Don't wear tight clothes sit in the open house.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
