What Do Itchy Blisters On The Feet Indicate?

Yes have a problem with water blesters on my feet they come and go my mom has them two they start out small then they itch, took my mom to a nurse practitioner she said all people get them mine started with summmer month but know in the winter month as well. Yes forgot to say my mom only gets them on her hands. A FREIND said it could be a desiese. Called candieds.

Fungal infections can happen to the foot and especially between fingers but we don't see the color of the blister. Usually, it will be white if it is a candid infection.
