What Do Itching And Swelling In The Penis Indicate?

Why has my penis started inching and swelling wo days ago. could an auto body polish be the cause if I was not careful to wash my hands to urinate? I have applied Anti-inch lotions which help stop the itch a little. but not the swelling down by the head.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have classical symptoms of a condition called balano-posthitis in which there will be itching, redness, inflammation and swelling of head that is glans of penis.
I would advise you teh following in such a situation:
Clean the area with plain water often.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally.
Check for blood sugar as this may be the first symptom of diabetes.
Consult your Doctor for a prescription based antibiotic and Metronidazole prescription along with probiotics and multivitamins with mineral.
Use condom.
If your partner has similar problem both of you have to get treated together and abstain from sex for about 10 days.
