What do i do about this issue?

i am 17 years old, and weigh between 150-160 lbs. i have 2-3 scars around my right ankle. before they were scars, they were "tunnels" in my skin. that was about 6-7 years ago. i do not gain weight, no matter what or how much i eat. my cardio is not as good as it should be according to my body shape and size. i get tired quickly/easily. i think that there could be species of worms and/or parasites living inside of me. what do i do about this issue? my email:

Come on man, this is ridiculous... insects & worms living inside your body. AFAIK, the worst living insect found in human body is tape worm, and it only comes when you are very careless about your eating & dieting habits. I think you need to cool yourself, focus more on managing your life and eating proper healthy food, take juices, do some exercise and meditation. There is no such thing like insects making circles & tunnels in your body.
  User's Response
There are two things which you must check. I had read about some nimutids or some insects getting inside the body when you go into swampy area / cycling in swamps etc. Another set of people who compalin of such problems is people who have used pot / grass for a number of years. They have this hallucination that insects are moving inside. But you are too young for a physician and a dermatalogist soon.
  User's Response
i havent had a hallucination about this, nor do i eat unhealthy foods. my diet contains fruit, fully cooked meats, rices and vegetables, not a lot of sugary foods, but i do not regulate my calorie intake. i am sorry if this issue does not seem realistic, but the subject/title was my theory as to what's wrong with me. please help, to anyone who replies, and please try to be polite when posting, as this is a real issue i am having.

I understand this could be a real issue. Could you also tell me your height. Are you sure you are underweight for your height? If you are actually underweight and you tire easily without any other obvious illness, I would say see a cardiologist once. Some cardiac defects can cause problems like what you describe and this could be unrelated to your scars.
  User's Response

Well dude the insects and whatever inside you is likely psychological. It could be a tape worm and you should get treated for that. They are ugly damn things. At 17, your weight seems to be just about right. I was 6 ft 3inches tall at 17 and weighed 121 pounds. Yes I was skinny but it never crossed my mind. I ate everything I could get. My mom always said I had a hollow leg. Then came my navy service and beer and I packed on the pounds until I was almost mortally wounded. Be of good cheer and I am going to e-mail yu
