    What do high GGT, AST, ALP, MCV readings mean for DVLA medical?

i have to do a dvla medical to get my driving licence back i had liver test done by gp and all readdings ggt ast alp mcv were double or slitly more my gp said i had slight to moderate damage i have not had a drink since, nearly 2 mnths now will i pass med or how long should i stop for before taking test regards.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. High GGT along with elevated ALP and AST indicates alcohol liver disease.
2. GGT is very specific to alcohol induced injury.
3. High MCV indicates Vit B12 or folic acid deficiency, usually secondary to alcohol related malnutrition. Vit B-complex supplements is essential.
4. For tests to get back to normal, it would take around 4-6 months.
