What Do Hard And Itchy Veins On The Penis Indicate?

Okay... I have several rather hard itching veins in my penis just below the head. It is a driving itch... and appeared shortly after having had a procedure to open my prostate (UROLIFT). I cannot imagine any association between the symptoms and UROLIFT, but itching nonetheless appeared shortly thereafter.

I can understand your concern.
Since you are having recent surgery of prostate, we should definitely rule out local site infection as a cause for your itching and hard veins.
So get done urinary microscopic examination, ultrasound examination of prostate, clinical examination of penile skin etc.
You may need antibiotic tablet, antibiotic cream etc. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
