I get green spots on my legs that are shaped like black and blue marks. once got them on my left arm. they go away after a couple of weeks. Then they come back in a month or longer. they are not painful. I ve had 4 of them on my left leg for about 2 weeks. They seem to be getting lighter now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The green spots on your legs are indicating bleeding on the skin possibly due to trauma.

You might be having frequent hit against objects causing bleeding.

Apply cold compresses alternating with warm compresses locally.
If they continue to appear out of nowhere, blood tests to run further:
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- coagulation tests

Wish fast recovery.
