What Do Expanding Moles Near The Chest Indicate?

I'm turning 15 in April. I'm female. On both my right and left chest areas, a little above my breasts, I have 2 moles. 1 on each side. I'm getting a little concerned. The one on my left is growing a bit and expanding, like it's not just a circle anymore. It has been getting crusty and has bled a bit. It hurts to touch. The other one on the right side is not symmetrical and when ever I push on it or something hits it, I feel a sharp pain in the area. I had been experiencing some chest and stomach pain (both at same time), I'm usually shaking a lot, and I get dizzy once in a while. I try to eat healthy. I have ADD but currently not taking medication. I had never tanned at a tanning salon in my life. The mole stuff and pains have been going on for about 7 months. Should I get them checked out? Please reply ASAP. Thank you.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Any change in the color, shape, size( sudden increase), symmetry, presence of crusting , bleeding or pain in a previously quiet mole requires evaluation. It may not be related to your symptoms of chest and abdominal pain. However, I suggest that it is better to get it evaluated. It may require a test called as a skin biopsy to look for histopathological changes of any malignant transformation.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
