What Do Enlarged Lymphnodes In Axillary Region, High ESR Levels Indicate?

Yes I ve had a mammogram and ultrasound on left auxiliary breAst. Discovered there are three enlarged lymph nodes 2 are 2cm and the other 1.5 cm. Did repeat ultrasound and size remains the same. After my annual routine checkup my general practitioner informs me that my CBC results ESR is high.. Repeated and if was higher than the last ( by .8) also monocytes was up. Not sure what to make of these results.

Hi,

You need further tests to confirm the cause for palpable lymph nodes. Hope the mammography is normal. If no other causes you may need a biopsy of lymph node.
