What Do Elevated Pulse Rate And Systolic BP Indicate?
I have taken Gaia sound sleep for 3 nights and found it very effective, but in tracking my BP and pulse, I noticed a seginefcent rise in pulse and systolic BP. I did not take the capsul last night and things returned to normal. Which one of the 6 ingredients is the culprit?
