Hello,

I have gone through the reports you have mentioned. SGPT and SGOT are liver enzymes. Their levels rise in liver pathology like hepatitis.

So in my opinion, you should definitely consult a physician and get done a clinical examination, ultrasound liver and hepatitis markers to identify the cause. Don't worry, it is treatable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
