What Do Echogenic Stroma In The Below Test Report Suggest?

Right Ovary - 32x30 mm Left Ovary - 31x20 mm Both Ovaries shows central echogenic stroma - ? PCOD 14th Day :ET - 5.6 mm Right Ovary - DF - 9.6 x 9.0 cm Left Ovary - No DF Mine is a 35 days cycle from last 3 months. Please suggest when will I ovulate, when should we meet, will I get pregnant with this problem, what to do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The findings are suggestive of polycystic ovary disease. After the menses, get scan on 12th day of cycle to check for follicular size. If it size is greater than 2cm then chances of conceiving are good. One can get pregnancy with PCOs while in some individuals it can prevent pregnancy and in such case hormonal therapy is taken to clear the problem first.
