What Do Delayed Periods With Negative Result In HPT Suggest?

Hi so I m 3 weeks late on my period I have a few different symptoms I go to the bathroom 1 and 2 a lot more then normally I feel nasiouse but no vomiting only twice since missed period.. I was bloated after first week of missed period now my lower abdomen feels kinda hard compared to before I got random headaches and I sleep most of my days and nights away in 24 hours I m only awake maybe 6 hours I m so tired and feel sick all the time.. I have done 3 home test and got all negative Sept one it showed positive and went negative just as fast.. am I pregnant or could something else be wrong?

I would have asked for ultrasound abdomen and pelvi, transvaginal ultrasound and based on the report I would have considered next management options.

I would recommend you to see OBG specialist for examination and evaluation.
