What Do Bruises On Stomach Of An Overweight Person Indicate?

My friend who is excessively overweight and likes to drink just showed my some bruises on his stomach that were softball sized, on both sides of his stomach. He said they did not hurt and he wasn t sure how they got there. Could it be from his liver? Should he go to the ER?

Yes, his liver could be deteriorating thus causing the rash he showed you. He should visit a doctor to get further evaluated and seek some medical attention.
