What Do Brown Rashes On The Calves Indicate?
I have had brown patches on my calves for several years. For the first time, the brown, blotchy, patches are present on the shin of one of my legs. They do not hurt but I am worried that they may be a sign of some type of skin condition that may develop into something later.

When it is over the lower part of lower limbs - then one possibility we need to consider here is Henoch Schonlein Purpura.
If you are experiencing joint pains - it is even more plausible. I suggest you approach your PCP with this possibility and get evaluated, please.
