What Do Brown Rashes On The Arms And Stomach Indicate?

Hey. I am 19 years old and two weeks ago I started developing this flaky rashes kind of thing. They are kind of scaly, peel and are brown/black in colour. I am developing this mainly on my arms and forearms, but I also have one or two of them on my stomach area. What should I do?

if its itching ,it can be scabies.or it can be some I kind of eczema ,for which you have to rely upon steroids and antihistaminw
