What Do Bladder Spasms After Laparoscopic Myomectomy Indicate?
I had a da Vinci assisted laparoscopic myomectomy. The only problem I ve had so far has been persistent bladder spasm which are finally under control after taking flomax.I have suddenly developed pain on my navel. The incision looks good, it has mostly healed and there s no drainage. It just hurts with most activity and when I lie prone.
The spasm can force urine from the bladder, causing leakage. When this happens, the condition is called urge incontinence or overactive bladder. People who have had such spasms describe them as a cramping pain and sometimes as a burning sensation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
