What do I ask for if I want routine check up/ blood tests..etc.. at 42 years old when i haven t had one in years?

The routine blood investigations you can do as 42 yrs are:-
CBC-to find out if you have anaemia.
BLOOD SUGAR Fasting & post lunch-to know if you have diabetes.
Lipid profile -to check levels of cholesterol & triglycerides.
BUN & serum creatinine-to find out the kidney functions.
These are regular investigations done for a preventive health check up.
