What Do ESR Values In The Below Blood Test Results Indicate?

Hi,Yesterday I went to doctor for below symptoms,- Body pain since 15 day(Pain in legs is more)- Normal fever- Frequent chest pain- Weakness Doctor suggested blood check its result is as below, RBC, WBC is normal Malaria parasite is not detected ESR = 80 Please suggest what happened?

raised ESR means that you have some chronic inflammation going on in your body. since your ESR is significantly raised, you need further blood tests to rule out any chronic infection like tuberculosis.
