Hello and welcome to HCM,
The MRI detects a hemangioma in the body of the vertebra at L3 level.
Hemangioma is a benign tumor arising from blood vessels.
Hemangioma is common benign tumor of vertebra.
It does not spread to distant site, however, it causes pressure symptoms and nerve compression.
Thus, it is important to excise this tumor.

Thanks and take care
