arthritis, you could modify your diet a little to help strengthen your joints and reduce the inflammation.
Keep your weight within the normal range. Excess body weight increases the
stress on joints, especially weight-bearing joints such as the knee and hips.
Increase dietary calcium, Eat a well-balanced diet with lot of fibre content included.
Obesity is known to worsen arthritis, hence avoid junk, fried fatty food, other than this there are no restrictions in your diet as such. There are many food myths related to arthritis but no food has been proven to trigger arthritis, so just keep a check on your weight and exercise well.
Exercising can actually makes your joint more flexible, less painfull with movements. Continue your treadmill/ brisk walking and keep yourself active,
