What Diet Should One Take For Good Fertility ?
Hi doc, I need to know how to find whether im conceived or not. i feel drowsy, i urinate more often than usual, and eating more than normal, a missed period. Well is this a good sign for pregnancy . im scared to go check with the doctor because its just 15 days from my period date. i checked with the home pregnancy tester after 5 days of my missed period but it showed me a negative sign. What do you suggest. What are the diet for good fertility. Thank you

yes surely these are pregnancy symptoms and already 15 days also passed from expected date of MC absolutely right time for pregnancy test.
Take healthy diet rich in proteins and lots of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
