What diet should be taken during the 10th week of pregnancy?

Hi I am 10 week Pregnant . Can I have Mutton in my diet?? What should be the Perfect diet? I am working as a IT consultant.

Having mutton can be good or bad. Mutton must be properly cooked. If you eat mutton without plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables you could experience symptoms like back pain and constipation. Drink plenty of water. Eat pulses, cereals, green leafy vegetables, chicken, egg, lean meat. Do walking exercise everyday for good well being. Avoid much hours in front of computer. Take short breaks, walk around, eat small frequent meals to prevent over filling of stomach by large single meals.
