What Diet Should Be Followed For Maintaining The Hormonal Balance And Healthy Uterus?

Hi i went for a ultrasound about a 4 weeks back dr said ultrasound shows there are some black spots but need to have 12 of them which will mean i suffer from Polcystic i had 10 out of 12 spots present dr gave me a pill called provera S4 to incourage my period i ve been drinking it for 5 days now and i still have nt started my period i m really worried i ve never been on the pill but dr suggested i go on it as soon as i get my period this will decrees the spotsim afraid this will cause me not to have children one day is there anything i can eat or drink to keep my hormons balanced and have a healthy uterus ?

On the one side ,you mentioned that doctor precribed pill (provera S4 ) i.e. tablet .
On other side you mentioned that you have been drinking this .
How , can one drink pill .
But any how, you mentioned that ultrasound shows 10-12 spots and there is aamenorrhea .
Doctor diagnose it as Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( pcod ) , this is a common complaint of young child bearing age group female .
So need not to worry .
Write down complete history and also upload all reports of ultrasound as well hormonal reports ( if present).
Read this carefully and you will get all answers.
Cysts are often caused by hormone changes. Using birth control pills can sometimes help regulate hormone levels so that the cysts can be taken care of.
Once you stop the pills ( birth 0 , as long as there are nor medical concerns , you shouldn't have any problems with future conception.
No diet is available that can maintain health of uterus ( no scientific proof).
So consult GYNAECOLOGIST and get his opinion.
