You are pregnant and not taking proper diet this is not at all going to help if you do not have any
nausea and
vomiting, Please take care of diet having good amount of protein,
carbohydrate and fats for energy.
please take milk ,curd and cheese, along with fresh fruits and green vegetable but with consultation of your doctor also take supplements like Calcium,
folic acid,and iron so that you get a healthy baby
Equally important that you take care of your health.
Please do not worry about complexion of baby which depends on mother father as it is due to genetic factors.Please continue to take balanced healthy diet and take coconut water daily.
