my name is mansi. age:25 weight:53kg i have suffering from bones pain in my whole body parts.i have testing all reports are quit well accept ECR . ECR is 39. so my question is how can i control my ECR. what i have diet to control ecr.

High ESR indicates inflammatory mediators in the body. Have you been checked for TB, SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis, Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. These commonly cause joint pain and high ESR. Also have you done a peripheral blood smear examination. You can avoid fatty food, junk food, eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink enough water. Exercise for 40 minutes a day by brisk walking for good health.
