What diet plan to follow to look matured ?

i am 26years male. weigh is 45kg. But the problem is that i look much younger than my age. Every tells me that it looks like i am in 10th standard.i want to look like a man not like a kid. Kindly help me.

Hi,Amit ji,
Your weight is 45 kg which is low.
Firstly you increase your wt.about 6-8 kg,
take high protein,fat,carbohydrate food.
take milk with high fat,dry fruits,fresh fruits and green veges.
After increasing start exercise like wt lifting,pull ups,which build up your biceps and chest muscles(pectoral),leading to six packed body.
