cannot be achieved easily. It needs dedication. Exercise regularly like cardio, swimming, skipping, crunches, brisk walk for a hour daily. Avoid high calorie foods and junk. Eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. Do not go for dieting as it wont help you. Sleep adequately and drink a glass of green tea daily. Follow this routine for a month, you will see better changes.
