Hello I m Justin, 18 years old, my weight is 65 kilos and my height is 6 4 inches. I just want to have an advise to my diet because my tummy is about 36 inches but my other body parts is a normal. If I will consult a nutritionist I cant afford it, so please help me about what should i eat, drink, and other exercises to make my body healthier.
