i m 21, 62kgs,5.5ft. sir, i want to loose some of my weight. do u like to suggest any diet plan & excersice tips

Thanks for query,
Your weight is alright,weight reduction is not much required.
Take less fat and carbohydrate in diet,
More green veges and fresh fruits.
No food in between two principal meals.if feel hungry,take salads.
Go for regular exercise like running,jogging,swimming.
