Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptom of vomiting may not be due to gall bladder or acid reflux it is very less likely. Most probably this could be due to intestinal pathologies like obstruction, hiatus hernia, cerebral pathologies, chronic infection, and GI pathologies. Even a single symptom of vomiting in pediatric age is challenging, but pediatrician takes great care of that, you will be given all the information and may not be given chance to ask anything.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
