What Could Urge For Frequent Urination With Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hi, this morning when I woke up I felt very light headed. Ivet be drinking water all sauy thinking i might be dehydrated. Then, later on I felt the urge to pee every 10 minutes. I feel pressure (on my vagina) towards the end when I m done peeing. I also feel sharp pains in the lower part of my stomach. I have been laying down all day and every time I get up i feel dizzy.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Increased urge to urinate can be due to intake of large amount of water.
However, pressure felt in vaginal region along with sharp pain can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI).
Feeling lightheaded is unlikely to be associated with increased urination or UTI.
Lightheadedness can occur in due to various reasons like sinusitis, cold, flu etc so it needs to be evaluated.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and thus management.
