What Could Two, Dark Red Circles Inside Cheek Mean?

hi, just about 3 hours ago i started to feel something in the inside of my right cheek and when i checked i found that i had two small circles. The circles appear to be really dark red or black in color but i have no pain, one is slightly bigger than the other. What could this be?

Hi,

Presence of dark red or black circles (Patches) inside the cheeks may be alarming. However, many harmless conditions like moles, hyperpigmentation, leakage of dental filling etc., may cause this. Still you are advised to see a doctor for any signs of oral cancer, if these circles become enlarged, change their color, become raised, cause pain or numbness in the area.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
