General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.Osteophytes are the bony out growths - which are seen by age in most of the patient. Tiny are common findings.
2.They are seen by the age , and excessive physical strain individuals.
3.In your case its general findings. Rest all appears normal.
4.Straighetening is seen due nerve compression / irritation / pain - the muscle gets stiff and normal curvature of the spine is lost.
5.In your case back exercise on daily basis will help, if not physiotherapy would help. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
