General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the vomiting at night may be related to reflux.

Reflux can be associated with different symptoms, some or all may occur- burning pain, nausea, vomiting, bloating, cough
The symptoms may be worse at night or in early morning.

The use of reflux medication may be helpful for her.

I hope this helps
