What Could The Swollen Node Behind Ear Mean?

I have a what appears too be a swollen node behind my left ear and one under the right side of jaw. They both don't hurt at all, I just happen too feel them one day and they are large or visible. The only way I knew they where there was from accidental tuching. Is this a agin?

swollen lymph nodes are pretty common in the head and neck and may indicate a chronic ear or dental infection. please get them checked from your ENT and dental doctor. thanks
