What could the cause of spotting in a female after safe sex (condom) ?

18, 5 3 116 lbs. ; not on birth control but used condom. I had intercourse a week ago and today, though today after we had finished and then i looked at my underwear and there was fresh blood on them, but it stopped. what does it mean?

Thanks for query,
It seems that there may be some bruise due to forceful intercourse in the vagina or soreness in the par due to infection.
Nothing to worry, if you feel pain or swelling,go for antibiotic course.
Keep hygiene of local part healthy.

this is known as post coital bleeding ,if it first time after forceful or hurried intercourse without proper fore play nothing to worry.If recurrent after every intercourse it need per speculum examination from gynec to find the cause & treat it.
