What Could Testis Area Vibration Feelings Be?

I am relatively concerned about a vibration feeling I am feeling in my testis area. Am not sure if it s my testicles at work but I have not been thinking about anything that would cause me to be aroused. My biggest concern is it could lead to the wet dreams I experience every now and then. Could someone offer some expertise on understanding this area? I have just turned 21 about a month ago, and I am completely unfamiliar with when is a right time to mastubate and how to do so in a healthy manner. I am told that if I don t do so, it can lead to health concerns. I have not ever mastubated once. So I was wondering if this vibration feeling was a sign telling me to do so. But I have no idea what to do.

It looks that you belong to the people who believe in sanctity and hence you have not yet masturbated or have had sex in spite you have become 21 years.
This is quite a rare but absolutely normal phenomenon in a elected few.
The vibrating feeling in the testes area is definitely a natural phenomenon and as you have rightly mentioned may be a call for masturbation or sex.
But it all depends upon your mental / psychological set up if you want to remain as you were, you can continue with the same life. OR the else if you feel you need to- go ahead with masturbation.
Listen to what your mind says as both ways you are correct.
The right frequency of masturbation is 3 to 4 times in a week and this is absolutely normal.
