What Could Swollen Cheek With Tingling Suggest?

Hi i have a circle about the size of a nickel in my mouth that feels like sand paper i is very tender and my cheek is swollen alittle and it tingles like i was pounched in the face i have had it for 3 days and it is hurting more and more what is it?

Hello and welcome.

I would recommend a check on your vitamin C, serum iron and vitamin B12 levels. This is most probably a deficiency of either one. Please go about the same and report to a doctor with the reports for appropriate correction.
