General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to hcm.

Kindly visit an orthopaedician . He might do a clinical examination and recommend an Xray of the ankle to exclude any infections.

The swelling can be brought down by giving antiinflammatory prescription drugs like Aceclofenac 100mg twice a day along with Pantoprazole 40mg half an hour before breakfast to prevent acidity due to strong antiinflammatory drugs.

Hope this answered your query.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
