What Could Swelling With Redness In Legs Indicate?

Yes, Is there a muscle that allows you to move your foot upwards? My leg and my foot is slightly swollen and red can you tell me what it could be, it also has some pain to it if I m laying down and raise it or move it in any direction.

Consulting your doctor infection /cellulitis can be confirmed, antibiotic can be started according to examination.

If required you may need to do blood investigation for prognosis and recovery.
Take precaution to avoid spread of infection.
Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance of health and normal functioning of the nerve tissue. You can increase B12 level by taking meat and fish, or you can take Inj methylcobalamine.
